Pricing

When you're hiring a lawyer, you have a right to understand what it's going to cost you and whether the costs are worth it.

As of January 2026, we are offering extremely low-cost initial consultations at just $35 for up to one hour.  This consultation fee is waived if you are unemployed or seeking unemployment benefits. 

 

Pricing for legal services beyond the initial consultation will be discussed at your initial consultation.  We are able to take certain cases on contingency, meaning you pay only if you win.  For cases we are unable to take on contingency, we charge reasonable hourly rates.
