What's going on?

Thank you for your interest in Burdick Law PLLC.  Effective March 10, 2026, Benjamin Burdick, Esq., has joined the law firm of Abdo & O'Brien, P.C.  Burdick Law PLLC is no longer accepting new cases.  

​

At Abdo & O'Brien, Ben is working to continue the firm's tradition of providing exceptional representation to injured workers in workers' compensation cases.  If you have been injured at work, please visit Abdo & O'Brien's website or give us a call at (315) 468-ABDO (2236).

Are you still taking unemployment cases?

​

Ben will also continue to represent workers in wage & hour, employment discrimination, and unemployment insurance cases.  However, as of March 10, 2026 and until further notice, Ben is not accepting new cases in these practice areas as we resolve all logistical issues related to the transition.  We are actively working to prepare Abdo & O'Brien to take cases in these practice areas, and we look forward to serving you in the near future.

How does this affect current clients?

If you already have an ongoing case with Burdick Law PLLC, please be assured that Ben will continue to represent you as Burdick Law PLLC, under the terms of your existing retainer agreement.  Abdo & O'Brien does not represent you unless you have a retainer agreement stating so.  If you have any questions, please call or email Ben using the same contact information you have used in the past.
